EMPIRE ELITE TALENT AGENCY

Where performers evolve, create, and lead the future of entertainment.
Empire Elite Talent Agency
California Talent Agency License TA‑LR‑1001322805
Empire Elite is a full-service talent agency licensed by the State of California. We represent actors, voice artists, youth performers, and creators for theatrical, commercial, voice-over, and digital work, including performers who use AI tools in their craft and the new-media productions that hire them.
The agency is built on more than four decades of working industry experience. We know how casting decisions get made, so we spend our time preparing clients for the roles they can win and making sure the people who decide see them.

Our Approach
Signing a performer is where our work starts. We get to know each client’s strengths, range, and goals, and the roles they can realistically compete for, then build a plan around that and adjust it as their career grows.
We will never promise an actor a booking. No legitimate agency can. What we promise is honest guidance and steady advocacy, and when the right opportunity comes, we will be ready.

Leadership
Sandra Richardson, Founder and Agency Director
Sandra brings more than forty years of experience as an actor, casting director, producer, and coach. She has spent over fifteen years casting films and building ensembles, worked alongside talent agents and casting offices helping them find performers. Her work has earned more than 75 awards. She founded Empire Elite on a belief formed in casting rooms: every performer deserves an advocate.
